Memory Care at Cambridge Manor is housed in a secure Memory Living neighbourhood within publicly funded Long-Term Care. Our care team is trained to support residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and similar conditions, with a person-focused care philosophy. Routines and surroundings are designed to stay familiar and calm, easing confusion and supporting independence and dignity as memory changes.
Memory Care
Familiar faces and thoughtful care
A community within a community
Daily meals, housekeeping and laundry, and a full activities calendar keep residents in our Memory Living neighbourhood connected and engaged on their own terms. The calendar is built around social connection and a sense of purpose, with sessions adapted so everyone can take part, and our team has experience welcoming shy and hesitant residents into the group in whatever way suits them.
Partnering with families
Families know their loved one best. We involve family members to learn about routines, history, preferences, and the things that bring comfort, and we build that into daily care. Families are welcome here at any time, and our team keeps communication open so that care always reflects the person they know.
